New Billy Roper Interview

Interview with Billy Roper

Billy Roper, a White Nationalist and briefly a candidate for the 2012 presidential nomination of the now-defunct Boston Tea Party, took some time to answer questions about his recent activities and his thoughts on 2016 American Freedom Party presidential nominee Bob Whitaker and the Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump.
Roper is a former member of the National Alliance and is the founder of White Revolution, which folded in 2011.  As covered at Uncovered Politics, he ran as a write-in candidate for governor of Arkansas in 2010, and, in addition to his Boston Tea Party candidacy, was the 2012 presidential nominee of the Nationalist Party before withdrawing from the race.

What are your thoughts on the Donald Trump campaign?
My views on Donald Trump’s campaign are similar to those espoused by Bob Whitaker when he was asked the same question in the Independent Political Report article. To wit, I don’t think that Trump is legitimately any kind of Jacksonian populist as he presents himself to be. It is fascinating that he has transferred celebrity status into political prowess through using the media attention his admittedly masterful hyperbolic statements demand. His appeals to the third of the Republican base at the working class White grassroots is cynical, but effective. What I find most interesting about his campaign is the way that it has forced (not in a vacuum as the simultaneous abdication of the establishment in the Senate leadership) the donor class of the GOP into impotency…and not because of the deep pockets that he’s famous for, but rather by using the way that the old boy network turned over the reins of the party apparatus to superPAC funding. That’s ironic. What coverage he hasn’t been given gratis has been paid for through voluntary small donor funding from his base. I think that, with the last two full cycle elections demonstrating the loss of the electoral majority by Whites in this country, none of us would have anticipated that a national candidate espousing some views as far to the right as his resonate would have gained this much traction. So, despite his obvious insincerity, his campaign has brought to the forefront the immigration debate once again, and given an outlet, steam pressure release valve safety though it might be, to a portion of the electorate which had frankly felt itself becoming disenfranchised. And speaking to that, perhaps the establishment knows that they benefit from keeping the increasingly disgruntled descendants of those who founded this nation to secure the blessings of liberty for them, and not the descendants of Asia or Africa or Mexico or, God forbid, Syria, involved in the electoral process, rather than marginalizing them into accepting the 1775 alternative to the ballot box. One might even say that there is a strong anti-establishment meme from both ends against the middle. I could see some Sanders supporters finding common ground on economic issues with Trump voters, for example. I’m still not sure that Trump will be the Republican nominee. Who else but Donald might make Cruz seem palatable by comparison to the desperate GOP establishment? But his campaign has shifted the dialectic to the right for the portion of the party who had almost despaired, believing that if elections could still change anything, they would have already been made illegal. Depending on whether one believes that multiracial democracy can fly or that it must fall, that is either a glimmer of hope, or the greatest of disservices. We’ll see next year, I reckon.
What do you think about Bob Whitaker?  Are you supporting him for president?
I have the utmost respect for Mr. Whitaker. In my opinion, he has the character and integrity necessary to be a great leader of our nation. Of course, in third party politics, using the electoral process and campaigning to spread a message may be considered a moral victory independent of election night results.
Do you have any updates on personal projects or campaigns?
After my Quixotic write-in campaign for governor of Arkansas in 2010, and the abortive Presidential campaign under the auspices of the Nationalist Party of America, I threw my support and endorsement, such as they were, to Merlin Miller, whom you wrote about during your interview with Mr. Whitaker, I believe.
At the time I swore that I’d not reenter electoral politics unless and until the electorate was returned to that designed by the Naturalization Act of 1790, lol. So, I continue my Nationalist political activism, and write books (fiction and nonfiction), instead.

AJC Yellow Journalist Is At It Again

Stone Mountain flag rallies attract extremist views

Comments 3
Stone Mountain is one of a handful of locales across the nation where the battle over “heritage” issues has been fought since this summer’s mass shooting in a church in Charleston reignited the debate over display of the Confederate battle flag.
But rallies at the mountain — much of which is a privately operated amusement park — have drifted farther to the political fringe.
A large Aug. 1 rally held in a tucked-away parking lot at the park featured a range of actors interested in preserving the flag as a symbol of endangered Southern heritage. There were members of the Sons of Confederate veterans, history buffs and self-described rednecks for whom the flag represents their family history or a preferred way of life. There also were members of radical groups like the League of the South, which preaches secession and a white-dominated Southern nation, and heavily armed militia groups.
Pro-Confederate flag supporters pose before they head up the mountain on the walk up trail during a protest at Stone Mountain, Saturday, November 14, 2015, after a proposal was made to place a monument on top of it dedicated to Martin Luther King Jr. At noon about 50 protesters and no counter-protesters had arrived. Pro-Confederate flag supporters offer what the Anti-Defamation League says is a KKK salute during a protest at Stone Mountain, Saturday, November 14, 2015. Organizers of the protest later acknowledged their Klan membership. KENT D. JOHNSON/KDJOHNSON@AJC.COM
A rally last month, promoted as a “heritage” event actually was organized by members of the Ku Klux Klan and featured fewer genealogists or hobbyists. It also as a tenth the size of the Aug. 1 rally.
Now an “openly white power” rally is planned for April. Its organizers adhere to a motto coined by an American neo-Nazi that suggests white people are in a fight for their survival against people of other races.
Now that rally has attracted an established activist in the white power movement as its promoter, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Groups that track the white supremacist movement say white power activists see the debate over the display of Confederate symbols as a recruiting opportunity. But heritage groups say this element within their ranks is small and does not represent their goals.

The multi-university Afrikan Black Coalition is calling for black people to engage in revolution and overthrow the Constitution, citing the need to “stop white people” in the “white supremacist world” of America.
“It is our human right to overthrow a government that has been destructive to our people,” the Coalition claimed in a November 4 post titled “A New Constitution or the Bullet.”
“It is our human right to overthrow a government that has been destructive to our people.”

“If America fails to allow all people of this nation to write a new constitution, then it will be the bullet. Revolution is inevitable in a society that does not value the lives of all people,” the Coalition threatened.
The Coalition goes on to declare that institutional racism (the same ‘evil’ the student protestors at the University of Missouri claimed to be combatting) can’t be overcome unless the Constitution is overthrown.
“A Constitution written by only white men will never serve the interests Black [sic] people. The Constitution was written for the ruling class of white men which constructed whiteness to be more valuable than any other race,” the Coalition argues. “When we discuss institutional racism, it is essential that we realize the Constitution created it.”
A November 9 post from the Coalition called for white people to be stopped at all costs and accuses whites of “stealing from other people,” having trouble “minding their own business,” and “respecting boundaries.” According to the Coalition, the “religious indoctrination” engaged in by whites is an example of white people’s failure to respect boundaries.
The Coalition goes on to declare that “White people have historically had problems making too many “mistakes.” White people need to be stopped. Period.”
The Afrikan Black Coalition is comprised of black student organizations across California and “was created in 2003 by Black students within the University of California system who found the low admittance and retention rates of Black students intolerable,” according to the organization’s website.
The Coalition hosts an annual Afrikan Black Coalition Conference at one of its “partner schools such as UC Santa Barbara (which is hosting the 2016 conference in February). Several taxpayer-funded universities including UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, and San Diego State University openly show their support for the Afrikan Black Coalition Conference on their websites and UCLA’s African Student Union is openly recruiting students to join the university’s “delegation” to the conference. A website advertising the conference claims to have been paid for by UCSB’s student government.
UC Berkeley also allowed the Afrikan Black Coalition to publish a statement on the university website after the George Zimmerman trial. The Coalition also used the university website to announce their “plan to deconstruct and dismantle America’s racist institutions.”
The Afrikan Black Coalition did not respond to Campus Reform’s request for comment in time for publication.

Communists Are Organizing A Counter Protest

White Power Rally and Racist Rock Show Planned for April 23 2016: Stone Mountain, GA and Atlanta Region

Summary: Neo-Nazis and Klansmen are planning a rally on April 23, 2016 at Stone Mountain, Georgia, as well as a racist rock show at a venue elsewhere that evening. Anti-racists will organize against these white power events. Please spread the word. We must resist this show of force by militant white supremacists.
The Upcoming “Rock Stone Mountain” Event
White supremacists are busy organizing an “openly White Power March up Stone Mountain” plus a “White Power concert at a separate location that evening” in Georgia. The march and concert are scheduled for April 23, 2016. It is being promoted on Facebook, Twitter, and on white supremacist websites such as Stormfront. Figures such as former White Revolution chairman Billy Roper in Arkansas are assisting with publicity. The event’s Facebook attendee list includes ex-members of the Aryan Nations and current Ku Klux Klan activists. The post-rally concert will feature rock acts catering to a bonehead (racist “skinhead”) audience. The “Rock Stone Mountain” Facebook page mentions that one or more bands could be supplied by the international Blood & Honour neo-Nazi network.

    Background
The upcoming April 2016 event follows in the wake of a “Defend Stone Mountain” rally held on November 14, 2015. The November rally billed itself as a Southern “heritage” protest against a proposal to add a monument in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. to the Stone Mountain site. (The debate regarding Stone Mountain has since shifted, see this story for details.)
Confederate displays on public property have increasingly been criticized and opposed after Dylann Storm Roof’s massacre of nine people at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, SC earlier this year. In response to the outcry about symbols of the Confederacy on public property, Confederate flag/monument supporters have stepped up their own organizing, including an August 1st Confederate flag rally at Stone Mountain that attracted hundreds.
Explicit white supremacists and Klansmen organized and promoted the later November 14 Stone Mountain protest, which was also backed by neo-Confederate organizations. Whereas Atlanta Magazine misleadingly claimed that “No KKK members or white supremacists made their attendance known” at the November 14 protest, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has fully documented the Klan and white supremacist presence on that day. The AJC also notes that Stone Mountain officials knew that members of the International Keystone Knights of the KKK were involved in organizing the event.
klan ring on display nov 14 2015 stone mountain eventNovember 14 2015 Stone Mountain rally: a protester displays his Klan “blood drop” ring
The November 14 protest emboldened Klan and neo-Nazi activists–the circles who are now putting together an openly white supremacist show of force at Stone Mountain. As the April 23 event page states: “It is time to stop apologizing […] If it were not for Our Race, that Flag [the Confederate flag] would not exist! They are going to call us ‘racist’ anyway, so wear it as a Badge of Honor […] Better to be called a Racist than a traitor!”
Stone Mountain is inexorably linked to Klan history—it is where the modern KKK was born one hundred years ago. The giant carving on the mountainside was begun by Klan member Gutzon Borglum, but the project ran out of funding before completion. (Only General Lee’s head was carved by Borglum.) Work on the monument was restarted by others decades later, once the State of Georgia purchased the site. Resumed work on the monument coincided with the State’s fierce efforts against the Civil Rights movement. The monument is a symbol of racial subjugation—it is no wonder why racists love the site, and why they are determined to fight for it.
While current Klan and neo-Nazi activists are tapping into an earlier white supremacist history, the plans for April 2016 also represent a more virulent form of racist politics than other recent events at Stone Mountain. Previously, Klansmen and their comrades still made concessions to fit in with the broader flag/monument protest crowd (which tried to portray itself in more moderate terms.) Now, flagrant white supremacists are confident enough to go it alone. Neo-Nazis and the Klan are completely controlling the agenda for the April 23rd events.
rock stone mountain following on twitterWho “Rock Stone Mountain” is following on Twitter. Note: “88” is alphanumeric code for “H.H.” or “Heil Hitler.”
    Anti-Racists: Start Getting Ready…
The white supremacists who are organizing the April event will not go away if we ignore them. They are a real threat. Allowing blatant neo-Nazis to rally without opposition would pose at least two serious dangers. First, if allowed an easy victory white supremacists will further gain confidence, and this in turn will make violence against their perceived racial or political enemies more likely. Second, successful neo-Nazi and Klan organizing will allow others on the racist Right to portray themselves as “moderate” by comparison, which could help these other racist forces to progress towards the political mainstream. It is for these reasons and more that the April 23rd march and gathering must be resisted. Doing work against the far-Right is especially important at a time when militant racists harass and shoot protesters against police killings in Minneapolis, and when xenophobic and anti-Muslim incidents have spiked in the US.
On behalf of some anti-racists in Atlanta who have been discussing the upcoming white power event: organizing against the April 23rd rally and concert will begin in the not-too-distant future. We aim for a large and multifaceted response to white supremacist organizing. We are committed to doing our part in local anti-racist mobilizations.
First steps to be taken: most importantly, please circulate this news far and wide. Get in contact if you have information that may be useful in combatting the Klan/neo-Nazi mobilization. Please be on the lookout for further updates, and start to talk with your circles about responses you would like to see happen. We urge anti-racists and anti-fascists to mark their calendars for the weekend of April 23-24, 2016. If you are an anti-racist living in the South—or even further afield—consider making a trip to Atlanta during this time. We promise you will not be bored.

    Yellow Journalism From The AJC

Controversial Klan figure to lead Stone Mountain rally

By Chris Joyner - The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

A planned “white power” rally at Stone Mountain has a new organizer known by groups that monitor far-right extremists for his unfettered racist rhetoric.
Last week, Billy Roper, a longtime activist in the white supremacy movement, issued a press release on the “Rock Stone Mountain” Facebook page promoting the planned April rally as a reaction to the Black Lives Matter movement and promised the gathering would bring “white patriots from across the United States and around the world.”
The planned rally is the latest at the state park to be organized by people with ties to white supremacist organizations. A Nov. 14 gathering, promoted as a defense of the Confederate battle flag and the Stone Mountain carving against critics, was organized by members of the Ku Klux Klan, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
The planned April rally, timed to coincide with Confederate Memorial Day, marks a more public attempt to marry support for Confederate symbols with broader white nationalist goals. It also appears to be more professionally organized, with several Facebook pages, a blog and a Twitter account promoting it.
In the past, Roper was associated with the neo-Nazi groups the National Alliance and White Revolution, according to the Anti-Defamation League and news reports. More recently, he has been affiliated with the Arkansas-based Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
Roper said the Confederate flag and other symbols of the Confederacy have moved beyond “strictly regional significance, to representing the loyalties and aspirations of whites across our nation and around the world.”
A decade ago, Newsweek declared Roper a “racist on the rise” in the white supremacy movement. He created a stir in the mainstream press when he celebrated the Sept. 11 hijackers with a message posted on a website declaring, “The enemy of our enemy is, for now at least, our friend.
“Anyone who is willing to drive a plane into a building to kill Jews is alright by me,” he wrote.
In an email exchange with the AJC, Roper called the remarks “hasty and ill-considered.”
“As I’ve consistently stated, I regret the remark, immeasurably,” he said.
He spent much of the past decade trying to unite white power groups under an organization he founded called “White Revolution.” That effort ended in 2011 when Roper disbanded the organization and joined the Klan.
Roper said the planned April rally will be peaceful.
“I no more espouse or support violence to achieve our goals of securing the existence of our people and a future for white people than any other patriot,” he said.
When asked at what point “any other patriot” would resort to violence, Roper did not answer directly. He did, however, express a belief that white people faced the threat of extinction by violence and “cultural and genetic dissolution” from religious and ethnic minorities and predicted a racial “Balkanization of America.”
Since Roper’s affiliation with the group, the Rock Stone Mountain Facebook page has featured homages to some violent figures in the white supremacy movement. One posting features a picture of Robert Mathews, a neo-Nazi who died in a shootout with federal authorities in 1984, with the slogan “Remember our fallen heroes.”
Comparing Mathews with Revolutionary era patriot Samuel Adams, Roper said any posting featuring such figures is “because I honor the men, their courage and their ideals.”
Park says ‘rights of others’ must be respected
The Stone Mountain Memorial Association, the state authority that operates the public areas of the park, has issued a statement that it cannot refuse the requests of groups who wish to stage rallies as long as they “respect the rights of others.”
“Stone Mountain Park does not sanction or endorse these rallies, and park officials have worked diligently with rally organizers on both sides of this issue to ensure a safe and secure environment as they exercise their First Amendment rights,” association spokesman John Bankhead said.
Along with pro-flag rallies, the park has hosted small groups of counter-protesters including a contingent from the Communist Party.
Roper is well known to non-profits that monitor extremist political groups, such as the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
“Billy Roper is about an untrammeled a Nazi as there is out there,” said Mark Potok, a senior fellow at the Southern Poverty Law Center. “This guy is explicitly genocidal.”
Potok said Roper’s association with the planned rally does not indicate that it will be a success.
“What Roper is not is any fabulous organizer,” he said. “He is quite disliked by many people in the (white power) movement because he is a violent, loud-mouthed braggart.”
For his part, Roper he is just “an advocate of using our Constitutionally protected rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
    Struggle over Confederate message
So far, 78 people have indicated on the group’s Facebook page that they will attend the rally. In past rallies, many more people have indicated on social media they would attend than actually turned up. The organizers of the November rally — which drew about 70 people — said they believe advance publicity of their Klan affiliation depressed attendance.
An Aug. 1 pro-flag rally drew around 700. And while one protester at that event who identified himself as a member of the Klan was shouted down, speakers with the League of the South — a group that promotes secession of the South and rails against a South “being overrun by hordes of non-white immigrants” — attracted large crowds.
Former Georgia Congressman Ben Jones, known to most as “Cooter” from the “Dukes of Hazzard” television show and a life member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, said too much attention is paid to fringe elements who have latched on to the movement supporting the Confederate flag.
“We’ve known forever they are hateful people, but there aren’t many of them,” Jones said.
Jones, who describes himself as a veteran of the civil rights movement, is an outspoken supporter of the Confederate battle flag and sells items ranging from T-shirts to lip balm bearing the flag at his online store. Until recently, he was head of the Sons of Confederate Veterans’ “heritage defense” committee.
Jones described the Klan and other hate groups as “clowns” and “bigots” and said such extreme elements should not be allowed to define the heritage argument.

Billy Roper Smacks Down Another Libtard

    Mr. Roper,
    1) "Frankly, as far as how the 'cuckfederates' who want to separate the heritage of our ancestors from their genetic identity as a people feel about the rally, there was a historical term which might still be apropos. Have you ever heard the word "Scalawag"? Based on some 'heritage' groups membership criteria in regards to their required support of 'diversity', and their exclusion of persons who are just as proud to be White as the Black Lives Matters crowd are proud to be Black, probably not a single Confederate ancestor of theirs would have qualified for membership in their organizations. They all would have been considered too horribly racist to join, just like Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson and all of the Founding Fathers who wrote the Naturalization Act of 1790, the first definition of American citizenship."
Can you elaborate on this? What is a "cuckfederate" for people who may not be familiar with the term? Can you please cite some examples? Why do you allow "cuckfederates" to throw you under the bus like a sacrificial lamb? Why don't you start exposing them? The reason that they enjoy anything close to resembling respect from society while you are vilified is because they badmouth people like yourself in public while in private they believe the exact same things as you. They are cowards, so why do you let them get away with it?
    2) Who "controls the mainstream media"? That's pretty vague. Who exactly is responsible for this Billy?
    3) What do you mean by "dubiously designated "refugees""? Do you have some evidence that they are anything but refugees? If so, can you provide some evidence of your claim?
    4) "Genocide of the founding people of our Nation?" It's impossible to genocide people who are dead. There are no living founders Billy. Are you referring to the descendants of the founders?
    5) Borders are nothing more than artificial lines created by humans. They do not physically exist. They are imaginary and manmade. You do realize that don't you?

    Message body Robert,
Nice nom de plume, by the way. I use my own name. It clarifies things for people.
You do realize that your property line between your yard and your neighbors is merely an artificial, man-made division, don't you? It doesn't really exist, except on paper. So, you should open your home and front yard to squatters and illegal immigrants, or let your neighbor put in a landfill, there, once he's piled his own yard up with trash. Right? Let's be logically consistent.
"Cuckfederate" is a term similar to "Cuckservative", one who is, as you stated, cowardly and undedicated to the most important issues. I prefer to not paint with too wide a brush because I know for a fact that there are well-meaning and sincere individuals who feel as I do in every organization. However, of course as in every voluntary association they bear the responsibility of either calling their leadership to task when they feel their true interests aren't being honestly represented, or replacing that leadership within the parameters and framework of the organization, or, failing that, voluntarily disassociating themselves from such organizations.
Frankly, the overwhelming majority of the mainstream media is owned or controlled by Jews. (gasp, shudder) If you're unaware of this fact, I can provide documentation of the truth of my assertion. I don't think it's unnatural for them to place their collective interests ahead of other people's interests. It's just that their interests are not my interests, or the interests of the founding people of this nation.
Ever read the Naturalization Act of 1790, "Robert"?
    Have a Merry Christmas,
    Billy

Atlanta newspaper nerd Attacks Billy Roper Part 3

Okay, I admit it. I LOVE jousting with liberal reporters. This one didn't know when to give up. Here he goes again:
"Thank you, Mr. Roper. As a journalist, rely on a number of sources, but no source is better than a primary source, which is why I asked you.
    This answer equivocates somewhat:
    ...
“As to your other question, I no more espouse or support violence to achieve our goals of securing the existence of our people and a future for White children, than any other patriot.”
I think you are clear in the following sentence, but it also begs the question: At what point would “any other patriot” espouse violence to meet their goals?
Also, I wondered if the date of the planned rally had any significance?"

    Chris Joyner
    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
    My response:
    To
    Joyner, Chris (CMG-Atlanta)
    Message body
    "Chris,
Of course, I can't speak for any other patriot. Can you speak for any other journalist? What if the first amendment, which you rely upon for your livelihood and your freedom, and is presumably a cherished and valued protection, was taken away? Can you speak for whether any other journalists would violate the law in order to print or broadcast what they perceived as the truth? Would any other journalist perhaps resist those sent to smash the presses and burn the copies and wipe the hard drives?
If they did, would they be morally wrong to do so?Contrast that hypothetical curtailment of the first amendment with the slow and insidious genocide of America's founding people, and weigh what it is that you truly value.
But, hypothetically, the question for a frog of when he should hop out of a pan of heating water, or the question which the Continental Congress faced in 1775, are very similar, aren't they? Personally, I believe that the widening gulf in values and identity, as well as culture and interests, between the races, will result in the Balkanization of America. You should read my book 'The Balk' for a discussion of this coming phenomenon. I'll attach a free e-book copy to this, as a Christmas present.
The significance of the April 23rd date is that it is the weekend closest to Confederate Memorial Day in Georgia, which I believe falls on the 25th of April next year.
    Best Regards and Merry Christmas,
    "Billy"

Billy Roper's AJC Follow Up Interview

    Follow up Interview...
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reporter sent me some follow-up interview questions, these focusing on me personally. First his questions, then my response:

    "Thanks, Mr. Roper.

As you know, you have critics. Among them are those who claim you espouse a violent brand of pro-white rhetoric.

So let me ask you directly: Do you support violence to achieve your goals? Do you advocate violence against ethnic or religious minorities? Also, do you hold to your earlier statements of appreciation regarding the culprits of the Sept. 11 attacks?

    Thanks,
    Chris Joyner
    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution"

    My response:

    To

    Joyner, Chris (CMG-Atlanta)

    Message body
    Chris,

Fourteen years ago, I made a hasty and ill-considered comment in the hours immediately following the 9/11 attack. Those comments, taken out of context, have understandably been offered up to me innumerable times since then. As I've consistently stated, I regret the remark, immeasurably. Of course, I've said and done a lot of things since then that an intrepid reporter might inquire about, if they wished to focus on myself rather than the upcoming rally in an ad hominem, beyond what's logged on the SPLC website, you know. But yes, like probably yourself and everyone else, from Barack Obama to Hillary Clinton, I erred in judgement and speaking once, a decade and a half ago. Now, can we talk about something that's happened this decade? Like the many thousands of White people who have been raped and murdered by blacks, perhaps? Because you know, Chris, it's not people like me who want to let thousands of Muslim immigrants into our nation under the guise of 'refugees'. It's liberals, the same liberals who oppose people like myself and the other patriots who will be attending the ‪#‎rockstonemountain‬ rally April 23rd. If people with views like mine or our Founding Fathers still had control over our nation, 9/11 and the San Bernadino terrorist attack would never have happened...because they wouldn't have been here to commit them.

As to your other question, I no more espouse or support violence to achieve our goals of securing the existence of our people and a future for White children, than any other patriot. Anyone who does espouse violence is either foolish, or more likely, an agent provocateur actually working for the government. I am an advocate of using our Constitutionally protected rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances. If there is a picture honoring Robert Matthews or Samuel Adams on any website or page associated with me, then that is because I honor the men, their courage, and their ideals. It doesn't mean that I'm about to dump a boatload of tea into a harbor or throw snowballs at soldiers, or that I encourage others to do so.

The most violence I see occurring against 'ethnic and religious minorities' is being perpetrated against Whites, every day, most often in areas where they are already the minority. You know what interstate exits in Atlanta are safe for you to take after dark, and which ones aren't, and why, don't you, Chris?
    -Billy

The Official New Atlanta Journal Interview With Billy Roper

Last night I gave an interview to Chris Joyner, a reporter for the Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper. His questions to me are first, followed by my response.

    Mr. Roper,
I saw a posting on the Rock Stone Mountain event on Facebook that indicated you are the media contact for the planned rally. First, I wanted to make sure that is correct. Second, are you the same Billy Roper once associated with the National Alliance?
I do have some questions. How did you hear about the rally? How did you become associated with it in an official capacity? Who are the other organizers? Do you plan to attend? Have you attended rallies in Georgia in the past?
What are the organizers hopes for the rally? What are the goals? Have you or the other organizers been in contact with the Stone Mountain Memorial Association? If so, how has that experience been? Have there been any hurdles in getting the proper permissions?
What details can you share about the after-rally concert? Do you expect a large crowd?
Some in the heritage movement disavow white power and Klan affiliations. Do you see this as a separate movement or aligned with the broader heritage movement?

    Thanks,

    Chris,
Hi, and thank you for your e-mail of inquiry about ‪#‎rockstonemountain‬.
Yes, I am the same person who formerly was involved in the National Alliance, prior to the death of Dr. William Pierce. In my capacity as Deputy Membership Coordinator for that organization, I had the pleasure of visiting Georgia several times, including leading an anti-immigration rally held in Dahlonega some fourteen years ago. Of course, I've also visited the Atlanta area as a tourist and vacationer, and look forward to seeing it again when I attend the #rockstonemountain rally on April 23rd of next year.
I first became aware of the effort to raise consciousness about the unfortunate efforts to dilute the heritage and history of the park with politically correct add-ons from some of the attendees of the first rally held there. I sympathized with their efforts on behalf of our people and our children's futures, and was honored to have the opportunity to get involved. By the way, have you read a copy of the actual press release about the event?
Frankly, as far as how the 'cuckfederates' who want to separate the heritage of our ancestors from their genetic identity as a people feel about the rally, there was a historical term which might still be apropos. They all would have been considered too horribly racist to join, just like Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson and all of the Founding Fathers who wrote the Naturalization Act of 1790, the first definition of American citizenship.
The rally itself will be a peaceful and voluntary, spontaneous assemblage of park visitors. So, unless someone decides to close the park for that day, no permits will be necessary. The concert after the rally will be held as a private venue open to invitation only. Of course the exact number who will participate is difficult to anticipate accurately, but probably more than the number of Black Lives Matter protesters who don't have criminal records, yet fewer than the number of Whites murdered by blacks last year in crimes for which noone led a march for justice. Somewhere in between those two extremes.
Here is a copy of the press release. It should clarify some of the goals of the rally for you. Please feel free to ask me any follow-up questions which you might have. Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas!
    -Billy Roper

    Press release: for immediate release:
“Rock Stone Mountain Rally Scheduled For April 23rd”

In recent months the “Black Lives Matter” radicals have made it clear that the interests of their own people are more important to them than the interests of our nation as a whole, or of the interests of law and order and the judicial process, or indeed of the interests of any people within the United States other than their own racial group. They have staged mass protests, rallies, riots, and lootings in advancement of their racially driven cause.
All the while, violent and specifically targeted, racially motivated Black on White crimes, purposefully underreported by the controlled mainstream media with its liberal anti-White agenda, continue to grow, and the White body count rises. Along with federal government programs, actions, and inactions across the board concerning issues as diverse as illegal immigration, the influx of dubiously designated “refugees”, and affirmative action combined with overzealous political correctness, have collectively been committing what is, according to the United Nations definition of the term, the genocide of the founding White people of our nation.
If the replacement of Tibetans by Chinese is genocide, then so is the replacement of persons of European ancestry in our nation. Whether accomplished by bayonet or by ballot box, the effect is the same: the disenfranchisement and cultural and genetic dissolution of the descendants of our Founding Fathers, for whom they declared they were establishing this nation ‘to secure the blessings of liberty’, and whom they just as specifically designated as the sole heirs of the right of citizenship herein.
For decades the symbols of the Confederacy, such as the battle flag and the various monuments to its heroes, have grown from holding an originally more strictly regional significance, to representing the loyalties and aspirations of Whites across our nation and around the world. Since the more recent attacks on those symbols and that heritage have begun to increase in vitriol, so have their popularity among patriotic Whites who oppose thought control and politically correct opinion enforcement.
In response, therefore, to the racially motivated attacks on our people, our culture, our heritage, and their symbols, White patriots from across the United States and around the world will be gathering at Stone Mountain, Georgia, on the morning of April 23rd, 2016. This peaceful, nonpartisan gathering of like-minded concerned citizens will promote the idea that Whites have a right to live, and without fear; and to secure the existence of our people, and a future for White children.
Over all, we have the right to declare as forcefully and vocally as anyone from any other perspective that “White Lives Matter”. We will do so, as long as the first amendment continues to protect that right. We invite the press to join us in documenting this event, and reporting on it. Further media inquiries and follow-up questions may be submitted to Billy Roper, one of the event promoters and public relations contacts, via e-mail at roper_billy@yahoo.com.
